Return & Exchange Policy:

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Yes, when you place your order before an hour has passed, you can cancel your order

In order for your order to be eligible for a return & refund, it has to meet the following criteria:

1. For Cases:

- Cases must be in brand new, unused condition.

- For Bare Naked cases, the case has to be in it's original plastic outer packaging, and unopened.

- Any marks/blemishes/etc. from trying the cases would be considered user wear & tear, and will not be eligible for a return.

2. For Screen Protectors:

- Screen protectors must be unused, and in brand new condition.

- Once the protective backing is peeled off, the screen protector will be considered as used, and no longer eligible for returns/refunds.

How do I return an item for a refund?


All returns need to be initiated within 30 days of the date of delivery. All shipping fees are excluded from refunds.

All items must be unused and in their original packaging with the relevant plastic protection. If the plastic protection piece has been removed from the case and stuck back on, we will not be able to honour the refund.

We do not provide free return shipping labels. Customers are liable for return shipping back to us. To initiate a return, drop an email to us at Help@sky-cover.com and we’ll assist you with the refund process.


Can I exchange an item that I've ordered wrongly?


Yes! We'll be happy to help you change your order to something you'd prefer.

-All exchanges need to be initiated within 30 days of the ship date.

-We kindly request that your original order be returned to us. We do not provide return labels.

-Once we have verified your exchange, your replacement order will be processed for you.

To initiate an exchange, drop an email to us at Help@sky-cover.com and we’ll assist you with the exchange process.

How long do returns/exchanges take to process?

For returns to our italy warehouse:

Once your return parcel is received and inspected by our team, your order will be refunded to the card you purchased with.

European Union 14 day cooling off period:

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Q: I lost my return slip, what should I do?

A: No problem, our SKY-COVER packages don't come with return slips. Simply email us at contact@sky-cover.com and we'll guide you through the return or exchange process.


Q: How long does it take for a return to be processed?

A: Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to reflect on your statement.

Q: I received the wrong product, what should I do?

A: We apologize for the mistake. Please send an email to contact@sky-cover.com and we'll get the correct SKY-COVER to you as soon as possible.

Q: I'm not happy with my product, what's the return process?

A: If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Simply follow these packing instructions: securely pack the items in a box, affix the mailing label to the address side of the parcel, use the provided address and appropriate postage, and ship the package from your nearest post office or shipping company of your choice. please email us at contact@sky-cover.com
